The Fujifilm FinePix A303 Digital Camera: Does It Meet Your Needs For A Digital Camera?
If you are trying to purchase a digital camera, you are in for a tough undertaking. You will find different manufacturers making various types of digital cameras. To make matters worse, there are several companies that should not be coming out with digital cameras at all because their products are so terrible. When looking for a camera, you have too determine the criteria you need to have. For example, if price is an issue, you will have to set the price of how much you are willing to shell out for a digital camera. The is a smaller 3.2 mega pixel digicam that shoots good quality photos in a little silver box, approximately 3" x 2" x 1". The FinePix A303 features a 6x total zoom, USB port for connecting to a computer, red-eye reduction, built-in timer, and built-in flash. Because taking pictures should be enjoyable, and not work, it is easy to use. But for people who also want to be able to take videos and sound, then the FinePix A303 may not be the best option for you.
One of the complaints consumers have had is first of all, it drains batteries fast. You do have the option to turn the view screen off and if you combine that with mostly taking photographs outside where you don't require a flash, the batteries will last the same as other cameras. Then again, if you keep using the view screen and you always need the flash, you will have to stock up on batteries. One other complaint is about losing pictures when you scroll through your images using the review function. If you do not go all of the way to the end, when you start snaping more pictures, they will overwrite the images you have in memory. Keeping all the photographs you captured without having them overwritten can be avoided by simply making sure that you scroll to the end when you are in the review mode before snapping more photographs.
A number of folks have had complaints about the overall construction of the camera saying that it is not very rugged and durable. Generally, the FinePix A303 earns somewhat good reviews, but being on the low-end of the price scale, the quality fails to meet higher end cameras, but also shouldn't be expected to. So, if you want an affordable digital camera, the Fujifilm FinePix A303 is definitely something you may want to look into.
